All good things must come to an end as the saying goes, and at West Point Gardens, the final close-out sales of the Park and Heritage Series homes are underway.
These innovative and popular series of homes have contributed to the success of award-winning West Point Gardens. West Point Builders’ affordable Park Series of detached townhomes has attracted international attention for its blend of privacy, freedom from exterior maintenance and attainable pricing. The Heritage Series typified the charm of the Traditional Neighborhood Design community with its large gracious front porches that add to the character of the winding streets, parks and green space.
“Those home shoppers who have been thinking about purchasing a home in either of these series should note that time is running out, and when these homes are gone, no more will be built,” said Pat Curran, president of West Point Builders and developer of West Point Gardens. “We are planning for the opening of Phase II of West Point Gardens in the third quarter of 2017 and Phase II will feature Classic Series homes.”
The Park Series, priced from $182,990 to $210,990, has been especially popular with first-time home buyers who can purchase the homes for mortgage payments (principle and interest) that are lower than area rents. Four two-story floor plans are still available and they feature two to three bedrooms, 1 ½ to 2 ½ baths, and some plans have flexible second floors and available lofts. The homes also include covered porches, nine-foot first-floor ceilings, full basements and two-car garages attached in the rear. A Clark design is offered for immediate delivery, and has two bedrooms and a loft, 2 ½ baths and a free full finished basement, priced at $200,375. In addition, the Park Series model home is now for sale, priced at $200,375 including a free finished basement.
The Heritage Series boasts large front porches, private fenced gardens and two-car garages located in the rear of the home. Base-priced from $249,990 to $284,990, the Heritage Series homes have three or four bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, partial basements and two-car attached garages.
The Middlebury is offered for immediate move-in and is a three-bedroom home with a large loft, deluxe master bath, full basement, and view of Meier Park from its extended front porch. It is priced at $301,845.
“The Heritage Series homes are designed so that the main living area is oriented to the private fenced yard and garden area that makes indoor-outdoor living easy to accomplish,” Curran said. “These homes have attracted many people who appreciate their special style and charm.”
In addition to the above series, the Classic Series has just four homes remaining for sale in the current phase.
The Classic Series has large back yards and garages in the front of the homes. A ranch plan and six two-story designs offer three or four bedrooms, two baths in the ranch plan and 2 ½ baths in the two-story homes, partial basements and two-car attached garages. Three bedroom plans may have a fourth bedroom option, and buyers can add fireplaces, sun rooms and other features to personalize the homes. Base prices range from $239,990 to $294,990.
